Description

This square ridged enameled cast iron grill skillet is molded from heavy solid cast iron, equipped with an elongated curved main handle and a small side loop auxiliary grip for dual support during lifting. The interior is designed with raised parallel ridges to lift ingredients off the pan base, drain excess grease naturally and create neat grill marks on steak, seafood and poultry.

 

Dense cast iron delivers even radiant heat across the whole cooking surface and retains high temperature steadily for long-time searing. The matte vitreous enamel cooking lining is inert to acidic marinades and seasonings, resisting grease buildup and residual food odors without needing pre-seasoning before first use. Two different handles meet diverse operation demands: the long grip for daily flipping, and the side loop for steady transport when filled with heavy hot food.

 

Hard-wearing exterior enamel withstands daily scratches and impact chipping.
