This low-profile wide round enameled cast iron braiser is cast from thick solid cast iron, featuring a short shallow pot body with horizontal layered ridges on the outer wall. It is matched with a round dome lid decorated with double concentric ring embossed lines, fitted with a flat multi-faceted metal knob at the center, and symmetrical square hollow loop dual handles on both sides. The shallow wide inner cavity is designed for integrated searing and braising.
